Power is back up after a county-wide outage that affected classes at Moorpark, Ventura and Oxnard.
After about 20 minutes, the power returned but some classes at Ventura and Oxnard were cut short as a result.
It’s unclear what caused the outage at this time but a problem with campus routers has led to connection problems with the internet on campus.
With the routers down, the student website myvcccd.edu was experiencing problems, preventing students from accessing it.
Currently, the website is active and available for students on all three campuses.
There were no injuries or accidents reported as a result of the outage.
