Ventura County Office of Education faces new challenges with distance learning amid the County’s return to the Purple Tier

Many schools all over Ventura County were granted in-person instruction in November due to the county’s red tier status. Yet the proposed reopening dates for some have been halted due to the new mandate that went into effect on Sunday, December 6, at 11:59 p.m. in all Southern California counties.
