Rachel Franklin, Managing Editor
Breaking news and investigative reporter Rachel C. Franklin is Managing Editor of the Moorpark Reporter. She previously spent two years writing for The Calabasas Courier, where she worked as News Editor. A California State Summer School For the Arts 2019 Creative Writing alumni, Franklin also works as Associate Editor of the literary magazine The Moorpark Review.
