The Associated Students of Moorpark College held a virtual meeting covering a new ad hoc committee for the Cultural Day event in progress and a review of events that were a success during the past week.
On Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. the Associated Students of Moorpark College hosted their weekly board meeting. One of the subjects discussed was the vote to approve a new club on campus, Speak Up Club. The club's goal is to help students gain confidence in themselves in public speaking, job interviews and interacting with others.
There will be 21 different clubs attending the virtual Club Rush this year including Delta Alpha Pi Honors Society, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and Enthusiastic Programmers Club.
